# Analytics

> Per-link and global click analytics.

SunLinks tracks every click on your short links and provides detailed insights.

## Per-link analytics

In the link details dialog, switch to the **Analytics** tab:

* **Visit Metrics**: Visits Today, Last 30 Days, Last 365 Days, and All Time, each with trend indicators compared to the previous period.
* **Visits Over Time**: a line chart of clicks over the last 30 days.
* **Locations**: clicks by country, as a table and donut chart.
* **Devices**: Desktop vs. Mobile vs. Tablet.
* **Browsers**: clicks by browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and more).
* **Referrers**: where your traffic comes from (direct visits, social media, search engines, and more).

## Analytics dashboard

Go to **Analytics** from the Dashboard or sidebar for a global view across all your links (or a selected subset):

* **KPI Cards**: Visits Today, Last 30 Days, Last 365 Days, and All Time.
* **Top Links**: your most-clicked links in a table and bar chart.
* **Top Insights**: the top link for the current period, last 30 days, and all time, plus your top location, referrer, and device type.
* **Detailed sections**: visits over time, locations, devices, browsers, and referrers, each with tables, charts, and time-series breakdowns.

## Filters and time ranges

At the top of the Analytics Dashboard, filter by:

* **Links**: select specific links, or leave blank for all links.
* **Period**: Last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days, or Custom.
* **Custom Date Range**: when "Custom" is selected, use the Start and End date pickers.

Click **Apply** to refresh the dashboard.
