Go to Links from the Dashboard or sidebar. Each link card shows:
  • Thumbnail: an automatically generated preview image of the destination
  • Favicon: the destination website’s icon
  • Title & Short Code: the link’s name and short path (for example /my-link)
  • Status Badge: Active (green), Disabled (grey), or Expired (red)
  • Destination URL: where the link redirects to
  • Metadata pills: Clicks, Created date, Expiration, Redirect type, and Access level (Public/Private)
  • Actions: Copy the short URL or open the Info dialog
Use the Search bar to filter links by title, short code, or destination URL. Click Load more to see more links. Click Info on a link card. The Info tab shows:
  • The full short URL with a Copy button
  • A clickable destination URL
  • A thumbnail preview of the destination page
  • A scannable QR code
  • Status, click count, created date, expiration, access level, and redirect type
In the details dialog, switch to the Edit tab to update:
  • Title, Description, and Destination URL
  • Expiration date and time: when the link should automatically stop working
  • Public / Private: whether the link is accessible to anyone or only to logged-in users
  • Disabled: temporarily deactivate the link without deleting it
  • Redirect type: 301 or 302
  • Password: add, change, copy, or remove password protection
Click Save Changes when finished.
  • Disable a link by checking the “Disabled” toggle in the Edit tab. Disabled links show an error page to visitors.
  • Enable it again by unchecking the toggle and saving. The link becomes active immediately.
  1. Open the link’s Edit tab.
  2. Enter a password in the Password field.
  3. Click Save Changes.
Visitors see a password prompt and are redirected after entering the correct password. Access is remembered for their browser session. To remove protection, click the trash icon next to the password field.
  1. Open the link’s Info dialog.
  2. Click Delete in the dialog footer.
  3. Confirm the deletion.
Deleting a link is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated analytics data, QR codes, and thumbnails are also removed.
If you set an expiration date, the link becomes inactive once the date passes. Expired links show an “Expired” badge and no longer redirect. You can renew a link at any time by updating its expiration date in the Edit tab.
