Where data goes

Data	Location
Small pastes	Stored directly in the H2 database
Large pastes	Files under the configured paste storage path
QR codes	PNG files under `./data/qrcodes`
Logs	`./data/logs/sunpaste.log`

Expired pastes

Expired pastes are marked expired and are no longer viewable, but they stay in storage and the database unless you remove them separately.

Burned pastes

Burn-after-read pastes are deleted after the first successful read. They are removed from storage and the database, and their QR code assets are deleted.

Backups

Personal ZIP export only includes pastes owned by the currently authenticated user.
Admin JSON/ZIP backup includes every paste.
